Tours operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year (all year long),
and four times a day: morning, noon, afternoon and evening.
* Pay in cash and save $6.00
Tours paid full in cash are priced at $59.00
** A Glide@Nite Tour is offered on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings only. No fireworks on Fridays.
Age Requirements:
- Minimum Age 13 years old, Maximum Age 65 years old (all clients may be asked to present proof of age)
- 13-17 years of age: Parents must sign a waiver to have children participate in the tour
- 18 and over: No parental permission required
What are the weight constraints to ride a Segway?
All gliders must be above 100lbs and below 240lbs
Rain Check Policy
Your safety is our priority at Chicago Segway Tour (CST). When it’s raining heavily we will not jeopardize your safety for the sake of a tour, because:
- It’s unsafe
- The tour will not be as enjoyable
- You will get wet and possibly ill
- You will not be able to capture pictures as if it was nicer weather.
At Chicago Segway Tour’s discretion for the above obvious reasons when it’s raining heavily we have created the “RAIN CHECK POLICY”.
The rain check policy provides you the opportunity to reschedule a future tour (No refunds. Only reschedule tours provided. No cancellations) valid for one year from the date of purchase. The rain check is also transferable to anyone if you cannot make the tour or come back to Chicago (family members, friends, co-workers etc).

Arrival Time
Chicago Segway Tour asks that all riders show up at the designated arrival time listed for that tour session, preferably 30 minutes before the time of departure.
Cancellation / Rescheduling / Refund Policy
Segway Personal Transporters are all-weather. Tours can operate in rain or shine. There are absolutely no refunds unless a tour is cancelled by Chicago Segway Tour.
If you have already booked your tour and you are unable to show up, please call us in advance (48 hour notice) in order to make special arrangements for rescheduling.
Other Conditions
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted on a Chicago Segway Tour. Women who suspect they may be pregnant or are pregnant are not permitted to ride on a Chicago Segway Tour, and people with the inability to stand for periods in excess of 1 hour will not be permitted to ride on Chicago Segway Tour. A Segway should not be operated if you have conditions which may cause you to become disoriented, faint, or have motion sickness and seizures
