A Glide@Nite Tour is offered on Wednesday and Saturday evenings only.
Fireworks begin on Memorial Day and continue through Labor Day weekend.
Age Requirements:
- Minimum Age 13 years old, Maximum Age 65 years old (all clients may be asked to present proof of age)
- 13-17 years of age: Parents must sign a waiver to have children participate in the tour
- 18 and over: No parental permission required

Rain Check Policy
Segway Personal Transporters are all-weather. Tours can operate in rain or shine, but at
Chicago Segway Tour we run tours ONLY on a shiny, warm, sunny day and not like other companies that they run business even when the weather is heavily raining.
Your safety is our priority at Chicago Segway Tour (CST). When it’s raining heavily we will not jeopardize your safety for the sake of a tour, because:
- It's unsafe
- The tour will not be as enjoyable
- You will not be able to capture pictures as if it was nicer weather.
At Chicago Segway Tour’s discretion for the above obvious reasons when it’s raining we have created the “RAIN CHECK POLICY”.
Customers not wishing to take their scheduled tour because of weather concerns or conditions are allowed to reschedule ("Rain Check"). "Rain Checks" do not have an expiration date. This policy is designed to cater to out-of-towners who are unable to find a satisfactory date to reschedule to while still in Chicago on their current visit. They have the option of taking their tour at any future date when they will be in Chicago again, or they may transfer their tour to friends or family. This can be accomplished with a simple phone call.
Arrival Time
Chicago Segway Tour asks that all riders show up at the designated arrival time listed for that tour session, preferably 30 minutes before the time of departure.
Cancellation / Rescheduling / Refund Policy
We offer a 100% refund if you cancel 48 hours (or more) in advance of your scheduled departure. Cancellations are handled by phone at 312-890-3701.
All tours cancelled less than 48 hours are subject to a cancellation fee.
All tours canceled within 24 hours of scheduled departure are non-refundable. We do offer rescheduling options.
If you fail to notify us of a cancellation, there is a 100% charge, with no rescheduling option.
Other Conditions
Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted on a Chicago Segway Tour. Women who suspect they may be pregnant or are pregnant are not permitted to ride on a Chicago Segway Tour, and people with the inability to stand for periods in excess of 1 hour will not be permitted to ride on Chicago Segway Tour. A Segway should not be operated if you have conditions which may cause you to become disoriented, faint, or have motion sickness and seizures. I hereby relinquish any information in regards to my personal health. If I have any health conditions it is my responsibility to mention and bring to the attention of Chicago Segway Tour before services are rendered.
